Join like-minded educators who are wrestling with the challenges and potential that GenAI presents to school leadership and classroom teachers.

The three meeting dates will begin to unpack the information included in the framework through thoughtful analysis and discussion.

Looking for practical ways to make sense of AI in schools? Join facilitators Mike Wakefield and Bill Carozza for NHSTE’s three-session, discussion-first book study on the NH Generative AI Guidance Framework. We will meet on 10/27, 11/10, and 12/1 (90 minutes each via Zoom) with two co-facilitators guiding conversation ~ not lectures. Educators, coaches, librarians, tech directors, and administrators are all welcome.

Explore key considerations (planning, privacy, accuracy, equity, human connection), try a low-lift practical application in your own context between sessions, and finish with a usable artifact: a lesson/assessment tweak, one implementation step, or a family/student communication. Captioning provided; recording by consent.

Leave with ideas for next steps, shared resources, and a network of peers solving similar problems in NH schools.

Audience:

  • All K-12 educators and administrators are invited to participate.
