Seesaw is a simple way for teachers and students to record and share what’s happening in the classroom. It includes learning journals, portfolios tools, parent communication tools, and more.
How Seesaw Works
NHSTE is working with VITA-Learn (VT) and ACTEM (ME) and RISTE (RI) to combine sales so we can qualify for better tier pricing for everyone.
The consortia’s aggregated volume for Seesaw For Schools licensing is large enough to qualify for Seesaw’s highest volume tier (>30,000 licenses). Seesaw has increased it’s pricing for the 2024-25 school year. The standard price for K12 schools increased to $11.95/student. OUR consortia price is $6.00/student.
Seesaw has updated its platform and added a new more robust version, Seesaw Instruction and Insights. To upgrade to this version, the cost is $7.45/student.
Seesaw has altered how their platform, content, and services are bundled for the 2024-25 school year. The Seesaw Library (formerly known as Seesaw Lessons) is now part of the standard Seesaw For School solution.

(If you have your PO ready now, you will upload it in the order form.
It is understood some of you may not be able to issue a PO until July 1. 2024)
The sooner you submit your order, the sooner Seesaw will be able to turn off those annoying renewal notices!
Payment will be due to NHSTE by July 31, 2024
Seesaw has a signed DPA
Invoices will be issued in late-May/early-June by email. If the total aggregated number of licenses purchased by the consortia is large enough (>30,000 licenses), you will be invoiced $6.00 per license. Please submit your Purchase Order based on the $6.00 price.
The payment due date will be July 31, 2024. This allows schools to make payment before or after the end of the current fiscal year. You may make partial payments, one in this fiscal year, and the second in the next fiscal year provided the full payment is received by the payment due date.
Late orders may not be able to take advantage of improved pricing in the event the initial consortia order is large enough and the consortia is unable to pro-rate the license fee for late orders.
All orders will share the consortia licensing term: August 1, 2024 to July 31, 2025.
